BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Once  we have received a request, together with a deposit of 50% of the rent, we will confirm the booking. The balance will be due 4 weeks before the  commencement of the holiday. Cheques to be payable to Mr P Reed.
   
• In the event of you wanting to cancel the holiday we will try to re-let, but if we are unsuccessful we reserve the right to retain 50% of the money  already paid.
   
• The names of your party must be given and must not exceed 5 unless previously      agreed with us.
   
• The cottage must be left in the same condition and state of repair as you find  it. In the event of any damage you are responsible for repair or replacement. If this is not possible, then please contact us.
   
• If necessary, you will permit us or our representative to enter ( with reasonable notice ) to inspect or repair the property.
   
• Smoking  is NOT permitted inside the cottage.
  
• A considerate level of noise and behaviour is expected at all times, both in      the cottage and outside.
   
• Keys   – arrangements for collection and return will be made at least 1 week before the commencement of the holiday. Please contact us for details.
   
• All  bookings are from Saturday to Saturday ( Arrival after 3pm and  Departure by 10am )
